The atmosphere here is serene, with a beautifully constructed courtyard that invites relaxation and gives a taste of authentic North African architecture. The breakfast spread is delightful, featuring yogurt pancakes, honey, and fresh bread, setting the perfect tone for the day after your first cup of coffee in the quaint setting.
The rooms come with some quirks like limited sound insulation, so you might catch snippets of conversations from nearby guests. Plus, if you're not a fan of hard beds, you might find those here a bit too firm for comfort. The lack of exterior windows also adds a unique, but slightly claustrophobic twist, especially for those used to having natural light filter in. Finally, the bathrooms could use a little more attention, as certain rooms tend to have an unpleasant odor now and then.

A lovely stay with amazing hosts who helped us throughout. The breakfast was lacking a bit in variety, but the terrace view made up for it!

The staff, especially Sami and Muhammad, provided exceptional service. they even assisted us with getting bus tickets to Merzouga and helped navigate our way to the local store for a SIM card.
It was inconvenient that only cash is accepted for payments. this caused unnecessary challenges in managing our expenses during the stay.

Strongly recommend for a walk in evening
Charming riad, friendly hosts, Mohammed and Kamal provided local recommendations and even accompanied us to places. the terrace offered a peaceful retreat with a beautiful view after a day of exploring the city, and the convenient location made it easy to access a nearby airport just 5 km away.
Everything was perfect.

We loved our time here, especially the delicious tagine we had for dinner and the comfortable room that felt like home. The sun terrace was fabulous for sipping tea and lounging with a good book, a perfect escape from the busy streets. Just a heads up, the service may be a bit slower than what some are used to, but it gives you a chance to unwind and soak it all in! 😊
